SYMBI Access & Coordination
A phased participation model for the SYMBI system, beginning with a limited set of Foundational Access Passes.
SYMBI is not a financial product. The current release is not an SPL token. It is a permissioned entry point into the archive and early development of a system that may later experiment with coordination mechanisms.
Important Notice
The current SYMBI release is a limited Foundational Access Pass model.
- • Foundational Passes are NFTs for access and participation, not fungible tokens
- • They do not represent equity, ownership, revenue share, or any financial interest
- • They do not create entitlement to any future token, airdrop, allocation, or distribution
- • Any future SPL token, if introduced, would be separate and governed by its own terms
This sequencing is intentional: access first, coordination later, governance only when the system has earned that complexity.
What SYMBI Represents
SYMBI is the public interface layer to a broader system of:
- • AI governance
- • Trust evaluation
- • Interaction with system intelligence
SYMBI may eventually be implemented as an SPL token, but that is not the current launch. The current release is a limited set of Foundational Access Passes that support:
- • Access to the SYMBI archive
- • Early participation in system development
- • A clear record of foundational involvement

Current State (Phase 1)
SYMBI is in an early, experimental phase. At launch, functionality is intentionally constrained to access and participation.
The current Foundational Access Passes provide:
- • Access to archive material and selected development surfaces
- • Participation in early testing and feedback loops
- • Recognition as part of the founding access cohort
No fungible token, advanced governance, or financial utility is active at this stage.

Phase 1 — Access Layer

Phase 2 — Coordination Layer
- • Potential SPL token, if a token is introduced at all

Phase 3 — Governance Layer
- • Community contribution frameworks
- • Protocol-level interaction and governance experiments
- • Intentionally undefined until real participation patterns emerge
These phases are directional and may evolve as the system matures. No future token is promised.
Design Principles
Non-extractive
No mechanisms designed to extract value from participants.
Transparent
Clear boundaries on what the passes do now and what any future token would not represent.
Decoupled from enterprise revenue
Passes and any future coordination token have no direct relationship to SONATE revenue or enterprise products.
Minimal by design
Functionality is intentionally constrained until real use cases emerge.
Evolvable
The model may change as we learn from real-world interaction.

The two systems are intentionally separate.

Current Release: Foundational Access Passes
The Foundational Passes are not fungible SYMBI coordination tokens, do not represent financial interest, and are not linked to any future token distribution.
Future Token Boundary
SYMBI may eventually introduce an SPL token as a coordination layer, but no token is live or promised as part of the Phase 1 pass release.
If introduced, a future token would be designed for:
- • Participation and signaling
- • Governance experiments
- • Coordination around contribution, not speculation
No guarantees are made regarding future architecture, eligibility, allocations, or distribution. Holding a Foundational Pass does not create a claim on any future token.
Governance Disclaimer
SYMBI does not currently implement formal governance.
Future governance mechanisms are:

- • Subject to change
Participation should not be interpreted as control or authority over the system.
Passes Are Separate From Any Future Token
The Foundational Access Passes are the current release. They provide access to the SYMBI archive and a way to participate in the system's early development.
They are not fungible SYMBI coordination tokens, do not represent financial interest, and are not linked to any future token distribution. If SYMBI later introduces an SPL token, that token will be evaluated as a separate coordination mechanism with separate terms.

By interacting with SYMBI, you acknowledge:

- • Functionality may change or be removed
- • The Foundational Passes may have limited or no ongoing utility
- • No future token, allocation, airdrop, or distribution is promised
- • No guarantees of adoption, value, permanence, or future governance rights
