Current State
SONATE is an early-stage trust infrastructure project. The protocol and open verification SDK are shipped and independently verifiable. The commercial platform and customer base are pre-revenue and being built.

What we're seeking
Values-aligned angels
Individual investors who care about cryptographic governance for AI as infrastructure, not as a financial-product story. Comfortable with early stage, patient timelines, and non-extractive positioning.
Public-interest grants
Foundation and government funding aligned with open infrastructure — Mozilla Foundation, NLnet, Sovereign Tech Fund, ARC Discovery, and similar non-dilutive programs.
Lighthouse pilots
Organisations with AI governance or audit needs — regulated industries with EU AI Act exposure, AI vendors selling into compliance-conscious buyers — who want to deploy Trust Receipts in a real environment.
Strategic partnerships
Integrations with model providers, governance platforms, audit firms, and standards bodies that benefit from independently verifiable AI evidence.
What we're not doing
- —Public token sale for capital. The SYMBI token is an experimental access layer, not a fundraising instrument.
- —Speculative offerings. No financial return is promised or implied to any token holder.
- —Retail securities offerings. Any equity discussion is with sophisticated investors under appropriate exemptions, with proper disclosure.
- —Bundling SONATE revenue with SYMBI participation. The commercial platform and the experimental access layer are intentionally separate.

SYMBI (experimental)
Public-facing access and participation layer. Not a financial product. Not bundled with commercial revenue. See tokenomics.
