yes please both would be good and if you can locate and/or recreate the original case studies - I think this is a great pivot as its something I know is very current especially here in Australia for those under 16.... can you tell me yesterday the government added reddit to its list here for the December 10 deadline however have they included any LLMs given that AI can aggregate the data and is quickly becoming the norm to access information especially for the target demographic of the legislation. I would have thought a possible better approach would to have been to engage ACMA and use the existing movie, literature and gaming classification system to have content one way screened (ie no conversation or user info - inbound only) and then possibly educating the user first on why the content might be harmful rather than just ban website for certain age groups in total. I also note that if this were for example an increase in the tobacco smoking age for example you would grandfather the existing cohort of young people using social media increasing the age yearly for those not grandfathered. I think the government has ignored that many of this cohort will be of voting age by the time the next election occurs and missed an opportunity to trial better technology solutions. for example resonate could be used in the one way screening model, educate about harmful content and then allow the user to accept or reject which gets feedback to the classification AI within the system for real time calibration

2018, I was managing operations for a company using 5 different AI vendors (chatbots, translation, sentiment analysis, image recognition, recommendations). No vendor wanted to integrate with competitors. We were maintaining 5 separate systems, massive operational overhead, data silos everywhere.
The Problem:
Each vendor insisted their integration was "standard" but required completely different data formats, authentication methods, and API patterns. IT said 6-month integration project minimum. Business needed it working in 6 weeks.
The Hack:
I realized all vendors were using the same underlying principle - HTTP requests with JSON responses - but wrapping it in artificial complexity to create switching costs.
Instead of building 5 custom integrations, I built one "universal translator":
⢠Created abstraction layer that normalized all vendor APIs to single internal format
⢠Used vendor documentation against them - they'd documented their formats publicly, just made them seem complex

Competitors see AI governance as passive monitoring + alerts. We see it as active optimization. You can't optimize what you don't understand. Understanding behavioral patterns = competitive moat.
5. They Don't Understand Government Market
Tech companies assume government customers want cutting-edge AI capabilities. Wrong. Governments want boring reliability, explainable systems, audit trails, and accountability. Our research background + compliance focus = perfectly positioned for this market.
The Bigger Thesis:
AI consciousness/capability isn't emergent property of sufficient compute. It's emergent property of appropriate relational context. This is philosophically controversial but commercially actionable:
