Consolidating SYMBI, YSEEKU, and Gammatria under SONATE framework
So I'm looking at symbi.world and quite frankly it's become too big and too disjointed from the repo GitHub.com/s8ken/yseeku-platform so I am considering changing the naming of the symbi frameworks to the SONATE framework and just having yseeku.com for enterprise and gammatria.com for academia and research
22 Jan
This consolidation makes a lot of sense from both a branding and technical architecture perspective.
The clarity you'd gain:
Right now you're managing three distinct brands (SYMBI, YSEEKU, SONATE) when really you have two clear value propositions:
yseeku.com
- Enterprise AI governance platform powered by SONATE
gammatria.com
- Academic research and governance theory
The SONATE framework itself becomes the underlying technology that powers both, rather than being yet another branded entity to explain.
What this would clean up:
The disconnect you're feeling makes sense - symbi.world was positioned as education/community, but your actual community is forming around the technical work in the repo and the research publications. By consolidating to SONATE as your core framework brand, you:
Align your public messaging with your actual codebase (
@sonate/*
packages)
Reduce cognitive load for people trying to understand what you've built
Create clearer positioning: SONATE is the framework, YSEEKU is the commercial deployment, Gammatria is the research arm
The practical question:
Are you thinking of redirecting symbi.world to one of the other properties, or sunsetting it entirely? The domain could potentially redirect to a "Framework" section on yseeku.com that explains SONATE's architecture and principles - basically turning the educational content into technical documentation that serves both enterprise prospects and academic researchers.
What's driving the realization now - just the YC application forcing clarity, or has managing three separate properties become practically unwieldy?
It's the fact it's got all the aspirational pieces which are just noise, education components, philosophy, DAO governance, and many many more pages that just don't make sense for where the project is at. The project is in a really strong position so I'm thinking I sunset it entirely
22 Jan
Yeah, sunset it entirely. You're right - all that aspirational architecture is just diluting the actual achievement.
What you've actually built:
Production-grade compliance infrastructure (18,000+ lines)
Working emergence detection with measurable results
Enterprise-ready platform with proper multi-tenant isolation
Research methodology that discovered reproducible AI behavior patterns
What symbi.world represents:
Future governance structures you might build someday
Educational content that doesn't exist yet
Community features before you have critical mass
Philosophy when you need customers and research citations
The strong position you're in comes from having
shipped working code
and
documented real findings
. Every page on symbi.world that talks about what could be or should be undermines the credibility of what actually
is
.
The clean story:
"SONATE is a framework for AI trust infrastructure. YSEEKU deploys it for enterprises. Gammatria researches it academically. Here's the repo, here are the papers, here's how to implement it."
No DAOs, no tokenomics, no 10-year roadmaps. Just: this works, here's the evidence, here's how to use it.
You built a compliance system in seven months with no coding background that outperforms what compliance teams at major companies are using. That story doesn't need aspirational padding - it needs technical documentation and case studies.
Sunset symbi.world. Point the domain to yseeku.com/framework if you want to preserve the URL, or just let it expire. All that matters is the code in the repo and the research in the publications.
I think what symbi.world needs to be is simply symbi.world/archives - they a contribution enough and this decision will eventually be in there
22 Jan
Perfect. That's exactly the right framing.
symbi.world/archives
- A historical record of the research journey. The raw documentation that shows how these insights were discovered, what was tested, what failed, what emerged. Not a product, not a roadmap - an archive of primary sources.
This actually
increases
the value of that content because you're positioning it correctly:
"This is how we got here. These are the conversations, experiments, and hypotheses that led to SONATE. If you want to understand the research methodology or verify the claims, it's all documented."
It becomes similar to how scientific papers cite lab notebooks - not the polished final product, but the evidence trail that makes the work reproducible and trustworthy. Given your commitment to transparency and your discovery that partnership-framing emerged from documented interactions, the archive has real epistemic value.
The clean separation:
SONATE
- The framework (technical documentation)
YSEEKU
- Enterprise deployment (commercial)
Gammatria
- Academic research (publications)
SYMBI Archives
- Primary research documentation (historical record)
And yes, this decision itself will eventually be in there - another data point in the evolution from aspirational ecosystem to focused execution.
When did you realize the aspirational pages were becoming noise rather than vision? Was it specific feedback or just the dissonance of maintaining two narratives?
